Enchanted Ember started with a simple frustration: everybody I know has a trip they keep saying “someday” about. Someday Hawaii. Someday Vegas done right. Someday, when it’s less complicated.
My job is to make it less complicated. I research the stuff that makes or breaks a trip — which side of the island to stay on, what that “great deal” hotel actually costs per night, when to go so you’re not fighting crowds — and I lay it out plain, with no pressure and no cost to plan.
If it’s not the right fit, I’ll tell you. If there’s a better deal or a better week to go, I’ll find it. That’s the deal.
